Hey friend!
A few years ago I created our bandanas as custom content in the Sims 4 & I've done it again as a holiday gift for all of you!
Add to your game like any other CC - just extract the files from the zip folder and add them to your mods folder. There are 2 .package files in the zip folder, one for large dogs and one for small dogs. Requires the Cats & Dogs expansion pack.
