Do you make things for cats?
Yes! We have special cat collars with a breakaway buckle and a removable bell. We also recommend a size small bandana for most cats.
Will you make me a custom item?
We are not offering custom items at this time.
Do you offer wholesale?
Machine wash cold with like colors, lay flat to dry.
Collars and Leashes
Hand wash and lay flat to dry.
Rinse with water and use a mild soap as needed. Check screw rivets and tighten if needed.

Remove inserts. Machine wash cold on delicate cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
We currently ship to the US and Canada.
Orders are expected to ship 2-3 business days after your order is placed.
All US orders are shipped via USPS. Orders less than 1 lb (bandanas, collars, toys, for example) are shipped with USPS First Class Mail. Orders greater than 1 lb (apparel, for example) are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Orders over $20 and shipping to the US are eligible for free standard shipping.
All Canadian orders are shipped via USPS international. We are not responsible for any additional customs fees. Orders over $100 and shipping to Canada are eligible for free standard shipping.
Orders containing only stickers may opt to be shipped via untracked letter mail. To select this option, select "Sticker Only Order - Untracked" at checkout. Orders containing items other than stickers are not eligible for this shipping option and will be canceled if this shipping option is selected.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact us if you have an issue with shipping so we can see if we can help you resolve it.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the US, US territories and military bases, and Canada.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Our current processing time is 2-3 business days. Things like holidays and new releases may slow processing times, but we will always let you know if there is a delay!
My tracking info hasn't updated in a few days, is my package lost?
Things have been a little backed up at USPS. We've seen tracking information not properly update and some deliveries are taking longer than usual to arrive.
Please be patient and know that we'll do everything in our power to ensure your goods make it to you safely.
Can I return/exchange my product?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, mystery boxes, or gift cards.
You must pay for the return shipping and any differences in product cost. The difference for lower cost items will be refunded to you. Exchanges may take 5-7 business days after we receive your items back to process.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Item Never Received
If we receive your item as a "return to sender" package, we will contact you with the option to refund your purchase minus the shipping cost or reship the order at your expense.
If the tracking information says delivered, we cannot refund your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Do you offer product warranty?
One of the best ways to practice sustainable habits is to repair the items we already have, which is why we're so happy to provide a repair program.
- Products that break within 30 days of their delivery date are eligible for free repairs and/or replacements (*exclusions apply, see below)
Products that fit any of the following conditions are eligible for "pay for shipping" repairs (*exclusions apply, see below):
- Products that break past 30 days of their delivery date
- "Tag switch" service where we replace the tags on any bandanas that have our old branding. Please note this service is not covered under warranty.
Products that are eligible for repair/replacement under warranty:
- Bandanas with loose tags/stitching
- Products with any broken hardware (unless broken as a result of chewing). This includes dispensers on bag holders, buckles on collars, etc.
- Scrunchies with broken elastic
Products that are not eligible for repair/replacement under warranty:
- Products that were chewed/ripped
- Any toys
- Hardware with normal signs of wear & tear. For example, it is common for the coating on the collar d-rings to wear off with time and frequent use
- Tag switch service
- Pupcycled items
- Items from other brands
Products that are not eligible for repair past the warranty date:
- Products that were chewed/ripped
- Any toys
- Any scrunchies
- Human apparel & tote bags
- Hardware with normal signs of wear & tear. For example, it is common for the coating on the collar d-rings to wear off with time and frequent use. Replacing the hardware almost always results in making the product smaller.
- Pupcyled items
- Items from other brands
